This initiative supports the development of solutions that can improve the local economy, mobility, biodiversity, and community engagement in rural areas, enhancing their connection with cities.<\/p><p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"200\"><strong data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"18\">Who Can Apply?<\/strong><br data-start=\"18\" data-end=\"21\" \/>The call is open to local and regional authorities in rural areas, as well as other entities from these regions that can collaborate in <strong data-start=\"157\" data-end=\"186\">consortia of 2-4 partners<\/strong>, including:<\/p><ul data-start=\"202\" data-end=\"524\" data-is-last-node=\"\"><li data-start=\"202\" data-end=\"258\"><strong data-start=\"204\" data-end=\"256\">Municipalities and local councils in rural areas<\/strong><\/li><li data-start=\"259\" data-end=\"293\"><strong data-start=\"261\" data-end=\"291\">Local Action Groups (LAGs)<\/strong><\/li><li data-start=\"294\" data-end=\"345\"><strong data-start=\"296\" data-end=\"343\">Local and regional development associations<\/strong><\/li><li data-start=\"346\" data-end=\"375\"><strong data-start=\"348\" data-end=\"373\">Cooperatives and NGOs<\/strong><\/li><li data-start=\"376\" data-end=\"442\"><strong data-start=\"378\" data-end=\"440\">Chambers of commerce and other local support organizations<\/strong><\/li><li data-start=\"443\" data-end=\"524\" data-is-last-node=\"\"><strong data-start=\"445\" data-end=\"524\" data-is-last-node=\"\">SMEs and technology providers offering innovative solutions for rural areas<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>To apply, <strong>each consortium must include at least one technology and service provider and at least one end-use<\/strong>r (e.g., a rural municipality collaborating with a company specialized in smart solutions).<\/p><p><strong data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"40\">What Types of Projects Are Eligible?<\/strong><br data-start=\"40\" data-end=\"43\" \/>Projects must contribute to enhancing the connection between rural and urban areas, facilitating access to services, resources, and modern technologies. <strong data-start=\"196\" data-end=\"209\">RURBANIVE<\/strong> is looking for proposals in the following areas:<\/p><ol><li><strong data-start=\"3\" data-end=\"54\">Improving logistics and shortening value chains<\/strong> \u2013 Solutions for promoting and efficiently distributing local products.<\/li><li><strong data-start=\"131\" data-end=\"173\">Ecosystem and biodiversity restoration<\/strong> \u2013 Initiatives for protecting and revitalizing the natural environment.<\/li><li><strong data-start=\"250\" data-end=\"294\">Regional circular bioeconomy development<\/strong> \u2013 Strategies for leveraging local resources and creating sustainable production chains.<\/li><li><strong data-start=\"388\" data-end=\"457\">User engagement, community empowerment, and territorial awareness<\/strong> \u2013 Projects that support active participation of rural communities in local development.<\/li><li><strong data-start=\"551\" data-end=\"614\">Access to and promotion of culture, landscape, and heritage<\/strong> \u2013 Initiatives that highlight traditions, local tourism, and cultural heritage.<\/li><li><strong data-start=\"699\" data-end=\"720\">Enhanced mobility<\/strong> \u2013 Innovative solutions for accessibility and transportation between rural and urban areas.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"40\">Funding and Participation Conditions<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong data-start=\"45\" data-end=\"62\">Total budget:<\/strong> \u20ac600,000<\/li><li><strong data-start=\"76\" data-end=\"100\">Funding per project:<\/strong> Up to \u20ac100,000<\/li><li><strong
