Aerospace structures engineer working curently as R&D program manager having 18 years background in aerospace engineering, airframe design, structures and materials testing and analysis. Devoted to increasing the company expertise in aerospace and aeronautics.
Deeply involved in consolidating the resources of R&D activities – budget and young personnel. Sincere interest in supporting the growth of the team members and fostering collaboration within the organization, and at national and European level.
Strategic mindset, able of combining engineering expertise and deep knowledge of the current and future trends of the aerospace business. Actively contributing to the growth and the success of the organization through carefully listening to partners’ needs and to the team’s motivations, and harmonizing those with the organization’s strategic ambitions.
For 12 years I have been coordinating national and international research projects, completing and submitting project proposals from early stages (pre-contracting). Currently acting as INCAS Program Manager, Clean Aviation Technical Comitee member and EREA Future Sky Board member on behalf of INCAS.
