Ghidul Primăriilor is Romania’s most comprehensive B2G (Business-to-Government) communication and connection platform, dedicated to local public administration and private-sector partners. With the mission “We connect ideas. We develop communities.”, the platform serves as a vital bridge between the needs of municipalities and the innovations brought by leading companies.

The Ghidul Primăriilor ecosystem operates through three major integrated pillars:

1. Ghidul Primăriilor Magazine — Print

It is the only specialized publication with guaranteed national distribution. With a circulation of 10,000 copies per edition, the magazine reaches, physically and by name, the desks of all 3,186 mayors in Romania, as well as County Councils, Prefectures, Ministries, and over 3,000 managers of companies working with the public sector.

2. Digital Ecosystem

The official portal, www.ghidulprimariilor.ro, records over 80,000 unique visitors per month, providing access to a digital catalogue of B2G solutions. The information is further amplified through a weekly newsletter sent to more than 7,000 subscribers from public institutions and companies, as well as through direct, real-time communication on exclusive dedicated WhatsApp groups, which bring together over 800 decision-makers from public administration.

3. Strategic Events — Performante Locale & Summitul Primăriilor

Ghidul Primăriilor organizes events and working roundtables where local administration representatives sit at the same table with experts from private companies and representatives of partner central institutions, such as ANAP, ADR, CNI, ICI Bucharest, and DNSC. These meetings create the framework for discussing and identifying technical, legislative, and funding solutions for the most pressing challenges faced by communities.
