In addition, users can receive notifications and communicate for clarifications, contributing to a transparent and efficient issue management process.

How to use Digital CITI

In just a few clear steps, citizens can submit a report to the local administration using information that helps quickly identify the situation: the appropriate category, a short description, photos, and the map location. Once submitted, the report is registered and routed to the responsible department, and users can track the case in real time, from intake to resolution, including updates and messages for clarifications when needed.
