Paul Moldovan

Paul Cristian Moldovan has been serving as Acting Mayor of Sector 6 since December 2025. He holds a Master’s degree (taught in English) in Public Services Management from the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences from the same institution.

He has over 20 years of experience in both local and central public administration, particularly in the development and implementation of programs and projects aimed at modernizing public administration. He also has extensive experience in designing public policies, strategies, and local development plans, as well as in preparing and implementing projects funded through non-reimbursable European funds, state budgets, and local budgets.

Paul Moldovan has built this professional experience by working in both the public sector—within central and local public authorities and institutions—and the private sector, as a consultant for public administrations in Romania and abroad.

Within the Sector 6 City Hall, in his roles as Public Administrator and Deputy Mayor, he has primarily focused on investment activities and external non-reimbursable funding, while also making significant contributions across various areas of the administration’s activity, from mobility to green spaces, parks, and the improvement of local public services.
