Following the first edition success, Glovo is launching Tech Catalyst 2026 in Romania again in partnership with CITI Cluster. Tech Catalyst is under Glovo's Power Up programme, and our mission is to bridge the gap between emerging local talent and international scale-up ecosystems, supporting the next generation of digital solutions that make cities more accessible, connected, and smarter.
